Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Act as supervisor in the Store Manager's absence and ensure store responsibilities are met.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Maintain inventory awareness and AR/expenses visibility to support profitability.
