Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• In Manager's absence, assume store responsibilities and supervise staff.
• Contribute to recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and store goals.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
