Qualifications

• Retail store management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling and loss prevention.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets including cash.
• Train and develop Store Associates and support Store Manager.
