Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor; maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and ensure timely communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and inventory accuracy; assist with ordering and loss prevention.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; protect store assets including cash.
• Ensure policy compliance and a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development of Store Associates.
