Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to balance leadership on the sales floor with strategic oversight of back-end operations, logistics, and staff development. You’ll support store performance, drive operational goals, and help execute The Bob’s Way in a fast-paced showroom.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring weekend/evening availability; compensation includes a $55,000–$60,000 base salary plus incentives, with total comp between $65,000–$75,000 during
