Job summary

You will support store performance, drive operational goals, and ensure execution of The Bob’s Way to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires full‑time, on‑site availability with weekends/evenings/holidays as needed, and values experience in retail operations and people leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
