• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and standards.
• Maintain quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Support service and merchandise promotions.
• Observe internal controls and report potential fraud risk.
