• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to fulfill department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per policy manuals and standards.
• Support services and merchandise promotions and uphold company policies.
