Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure store responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure inventory awareness, sales performance, and profitability targets are met.
• Direct staff to achieve department standards and store goals.
• Maintain customer service quality and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote services and merchandise while upholding company policies and procedures.
