Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet departmental responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Uphold customer service standards as outlined in manuals.
