You will recruit and onboard talent, schedule shifts, and resolve issues on the floor with a focus on excellent customer service and store profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
