Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, drive profitable sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in our Lewisville, TX store.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategies, manage merchandising and operations, and ensure performance goals are met while promoting brand standards and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results and grow the business.
• Able to lead and mentor others through coaching.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to travel as required.
