Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development, in collaboration with store leadership.

You will recruit and develop Brand Associates and Experts, own responsibilities, and implement plans to boost efficiency while maintaining brand standards and a compliant, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and your team.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results to meet business goals.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
