Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and guide the team in delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising and talent development, collaborating with leadership to execute strategic goals.

You will recruit and coach Brand Associates, Experts and Leads, ensuring performance targets are met and standards are consistently applied across the store environment in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays/evenings/weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
