Job summary

Hollister Co is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and guest engagement. You will manage staff, schedule payroll, train team members, and ensure brand standards are reflected in product knowledge and visuals.

The role requires strong customer focus, a drive to achieve results, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. You will report to leadership within Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Proficient in product knowledge and brand standards.
• Experience with inventory control and visual displays.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring service & operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
