Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service.

This role oversees daily store operations, including opening/closing routines, inventory control, and payroll management. You will lead recruiting, training, and engagement, with opportunities for growth from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and brand knowledge.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
