Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for departmental and store goals.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure profitability by tracking inventory, sales statistics, and expenses.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service per manuals and policies.
