Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead staffing, training, and development, while leveraging product knowledge and brand awareness to deliver exceptional customer service and visual merchandising excellence. You will manage opening/closing routines, analyze reports, and protect store assets, with a promote-from-within mindset that supports future leadership growth within the store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
