Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure store displays meet company standards.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Hogansville, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
