Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead store operations in the store manager's absence and to drive sales and patient/customer care in the Cincinnati area.

In this role you will partner with the Store Manager to develop the team, execute visual standards and meet KPIs such as conversion, sales and profitability. Strong English communication and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills and numeric literacy.
• Experience with cash registers, computers and calculators; clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs (e.g., comps, conversion, customer count).
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales & profit.
• Partner with store manager to lead & develop team.
