Job summary

Luxottica’s LensCrafters in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager who acts as a leader in absence of the Store Manager and operates as a business owner within the marketplace, delivering key performance metrics.

You will help manage the team, implement visual standards, and build strong relationships with both doctors and customers, while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Proven selling skills and problem-solving ability.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers KPIs: comp sales, sales to plan, conversion, customer count, growth, retention, NPS.
• Understands retail market and competitor landscape.
• Supports store plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partners with Store Manager to lead and develop team.
• Delivers timely feedback and supports development.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors.
• Promotes policy compliance and performs admin duties.
