Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) in New Castle, Indiana to lead a hardworking team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy wireless retail environment. You will coach staff, execute sales initiatives, and maintain store standards while supporting a path toward Store Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and daily store operations, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive pay range of $20–$24 per hour plus bonuses;

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
