Connectivity Source is hiring for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions in our T-Mobile stores. We offer an average pay range with bonuses and spiffs between $20 and $24 per hour, plus a $400 new hire payout ramp-up.

As RAM, you will lead by example, provide attentive service, coach teammates, and help achieve sales and customer experience goals. We offer training and opportunities to advance within a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Aufgaben

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
