Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager roles in our stores across North Carolina. The average pay range is 20 to 24 dollars per hour, with a new hire bonus and ramp-up structure to boost earnings and recognition.

As a RAM you lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences, manage promotions, and support store objectives. Growth opportunities and benefits accompany competitive pay and advancement potential in a fast-moving wireless retail

Qualifications

Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
At least 18 years of age
A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Conduct administrative duties at the store.
Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
