Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time, on-site role in Glendale. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, ensuring top customer experiences, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include team coaching, adherence to policies, and promoting a positive store culture. Must be 18+, with strong communication and math skills, and experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom.
• Coach and support sales associates to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Provide direction to staff on company directives and standards.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
