Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Plan actions with the Store Manager for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform administrative duties and be trained in Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell products and services offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
