Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager on plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take full store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to protect profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and follow company policies.
• Handle administrative tasks and be trained in Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote services and merchandise.
