KnitWell Group, home to Ann Taylor, is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Sevierville, TN store. You will help shape a strong store culture, nurture relationships with customers and associates, and lead by example on the sales floor.

Candidates bring retail leadership experience, a hospitality mindset, and comfort with POS systems. You’ll collaborate with leadership to recruit, coach, and drive omnichannel excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor
• Lead on the sales floor and model brand behaviors to engage customers
• Coach and develop associates to create genuine customer connections
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged
• Leverage technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent
• Utilize tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline
• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team
