Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in King of Prussia, PA to support the Shop Manager in driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience. You will lead a team on the shop floor, model Lush leadership practices, and help manage operations, inventory, and staff development in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will champion product knowledge, drive sales metrics, and promote the brand values while growing within the organization through internal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet shop needs including holidays, evenings and weekends.
