Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends strategy, operations and people leadership to drive sales and customer service. You will oversee opening/closing, staffing, training, product knowledge and visual merchandising while promoting the brand culture and internal growth opportunities.

This role emphasizes omni-channel fulfillment, payroll management, and data-informed decision making to keep the store efficient and engaging.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent service and smooth operations.
Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
Train and develop non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
