Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Assistant Manager I to join our store leadership. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, coach associates, and ensure retail excellence on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of operational components.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store functions in partnership with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Drives sales, coaching, merchandising and retail excellence.
• Acquires talent by networking and conducting interviews with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Maintains brand standards and communicates promotions and incentives to the team.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor and builds customer relationships.
