Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach associates, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

In this role you will maintain merchandising standards, hire and develop talent, and execute brand initiatives, promotions, and incentives while spending most of your time on the sales floor to support performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Demonstrates expertise in store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.
• Critical thinking to ensure operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales plan and develops associates.
