Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive sales. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent acquisition, and merchandising, with focus on achieving company objectives while fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan and coach associates.
• Uses reporting tools and business acumen to address performance gaps.
• Coaches associates to support growth and maintain an inspiring work environment.
• Acquires talent by networking and conducting interviews with Store Manager.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships using all tools.
• Ensures execution of brand standards.
• Maintains store merchandising standards.
• Knows product knowledge and stays current on new products.
• Ensures communication of brand strategy including promotions.
