Sunglass Hut seeks an Assistant Manager I to join its leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the Store/Multi Store Manager to drive daily store functions, including selling, coaching, merchandising, and talent recruitment.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, develop associates, and ensure brand standards are consistently applied. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes company tools to deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Coaches employees to support growth and create an inspiring environment.
• Conducts interviews and participates in talent acquisition with the Store Manager.
• Spends the majority of time on the sales floor.
• Builds customer relationships and maintains brand standards.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and promotions.
