Job summary

J.Crew is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Austin, TX, store leadership team. You will drive profitability through genuine customer connections, strengthen brand loyalty, and engage with the local community while coaching sales staff for peak performance.

You will support Store Director and Manager in operations, staff development, and customer service excellence, with cross-functional collaboration across visual merchandising, HR, and selling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability.

• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Lead a collaborative working environment for all associates.
