Job summary

Buckle in Tucson, AZ is looking for an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support selling, merchandising and guest service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit new Teammates, provide leadership, and train staff while maintaining Buckle’s service standards.

As a progression role, the AIT/Assistant Manager will take on higher-level duties, supervise operations, and ensure outstanding guest experiences, especially during peak hours and promotional

Qualifications

Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and motivate teammates in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests and deliver legendary service while assisting with product selection and wardrobe recommendations.
Lead by example in showmanship, product education, and guest engagement across the sales floor.
Support Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of Teammates.
Assist with merchandising, inventory, register procedures and store cleanliness.
Step in as Store Manager in their absence and oversee operations when required.
