Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Westbury, NY to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will support daily functions, organize merchandise, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while upholding company standards.

You will assist in supervising and training Store Associates, maintaining promotional displays, and handling procedures for opening/closing. This full-time role offers growth within a busy retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in training and development of Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and ensure safety and policy compliance.
