Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

As Retail Assistant Manager, you will build, coach, manage and develop teams, drive sales, manage inventory, maintain vendor relationships, and perform P&L analysis to support overall performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industries with responsibility for financial results
• Experience with P&L accountability or financial results
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
