GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 3119 in Carolina Beach, NC. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach and lead a high‑performing team, and step in as acting manager when needed.

Open weekend/holiday availability is required, with reliable transportation and a focus on customer service. You will manage inventory, deposits, and merchandising while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Open availability weekends/holidays and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning and outdoor duties.
• Minimum age 18.
• English communication and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high‑performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
