Job summary

GPM Investments is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 4455 in Broken Bow, OK. You will help the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, and team leadership to keep the store energized across shifts.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. The role offers weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, health/dental/vision, a 401(k), paid time off, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays and variable shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Physical readiness for store duties including cleaning and stocking.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.
• Willingness to learn and grow in retail leadership.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
