Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager at Charleston, SC to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership. You’ll drive sales by analyzing performance and delivering best-in-class customer service, while overseeing opening and closing routines and store processes.

As a talent leader, you’ll recruit, train, and engage team members, manage visual merchandising, and leverage reporting to inform decisions. This role promotes from within and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus with knowledge of fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
