EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager in Oak Brook, IL to uphold our HEART values and culture while partnering with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience. You will ensure every customer is seen and connected with, following our store mantra: “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”.

You will lead by example on the floor, drive merchandising standards, and support payroll and daily operations as part of a growing team focused on personal connections and fashion leadership.

• Ability to coach and develop team members to meet goals.
