Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail management experience.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability with strong brand connection.
• Own your division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store ops, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connections.
• Develop innovative community engagement and loyalty events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
