KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a flagship Ann Taylor store in Niagara Falls, NY. You will support the customer experience, lead on the sales floor, and foster a strong team culture.

With 1+ year of retail management experience preferred, you will coach associates, manage operations, and drive results while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment and a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results

Responsibilities
