Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Merchandising Manager to bring the brand to life on the sales floor. You will lead a team in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver brand performance and create a polished, seamless customer experience.

As a key team member, you’ll balance merchandising with store operations, coach staff, and utilize reporting to inform goals and decisions in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions and uses sound judgment to solve problems.
• Knowledgeable about visual standards and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment delivering exceptional experiences.
• Use technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Balance selling with store operations to meet brand standards and goals.
• Oversee inventory management and freight processing on the sales floor.
