The role spans selling, restocking, merchandising, scheduling, and training staff to meet store goals and standards. The Assistant Manager will be knowledgeable in product areas, uphold company policies, and promote merchandise while maintaining outstanding customer service during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support store goals.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory movement, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and merchandise promotion in the store.
• Take supervisory role in the Store Manager's absence and uphold company policies.
