Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Fill in for Store Manager in absence, as needed.
• Lead recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Maintain customer service standards per policy manuals.
