Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, enforcing company policies, and processing directives while ensuring promotional displays remain effective and losses are minimized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and transfer stock from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, stockroom, and sales floor in good order.
• Assist with ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Protect assets and ensure store policies and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervise and train Store Associates; support a positive work environment.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
