Job summary

You will assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, inventory control, planograms, and cash handling, including deposits, refunds and overrides. This role focuses on profitability, loss prevention, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise stock, pricing, displays and planograms.
• Support inventory control, damages, markdowns and deposits.
• Assist with cashier accountability, refunds, overrides, and bank deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Manager's absence.
