FirstCash in Harvey, LA is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $16.50 with a commission-based incentive on top of base earnings.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will oversee cash handling, loan processing, inventory, and POS systems, while promoting a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising others.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets.
• Manage loans, inventory, merchandising, and store systems.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
